Rates
- Individual performer: $550 per performer
- Crew bundle (saves): $2,000 for a team
- Rates cover a 0–4 hour block (only the hours you need)
- Setup is included in the block
- Performers take safety, physical, and emotional rest breaks
Deposit & Payment Terms
- A 15% deposit is required to reserve your event date and officially book
- Remaining balance is due reserve your event date and officially book

Travel & Accommodation
- Events ending after 7pm require overnight accommodations
- Events more than 100 miles from Salida require accommodations
- Lodging fee: $250 per room (2 performers per room) unless client provides rooms

🎭 Entertainment Style

📸 Media Use
Salida Circus uses photos and videos for promotional purposes. Is this acceptable? (Yes / No)
🌦 Weather & Safety Clause (Client Acknowledgment)
- Aerial and face paint require 50°F+
- High winds, rain, snow, or ice may prevent stilts, balance acts, or aerial
- Performers may wait 15–20 minutes for conditions to clear
- Performers will not risk safety and may make professional judgment calls
- Day‐before cancellations allowed for weather
- Day‐of cancellations require full payment
